  • Are items returnable?

    All sales are final. As our products are cosmetic in nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

  • Why am I charged sales tax in Minnesota but I was not before?

    As of our most recent update, Minnesota sales tax is now collected directly at checkout in compliance with state tax regulations. Previously, this was handled differently on our end, but we are now required to withhold and remit sales tax on behalf of Minnesota residents as mandated by law.

  • What if I was to customize a scent, like add marshmallow?

    You will need to add it in the notes before check out.

  • How can I make my fragrance last longer?

    For optimal longevity, we recommend applying a body oil or moisturizer to your pulse points prior to spritzing your perfume. Hydrated skin retains fragrance significantly longer.

  • Why are some scents no longer listed on the website?

    Our collection is thoughtfully curated and updated based on seasonal trends and product performance. Fragrances that are better suited to a particular season or that have seen lower demand may be temporarily or permanently removed from our online store. If you are looking for a specific scent that is no longer listed, please feel free to reach out via email — if it is still available, we would be happy to accommodate your request.

  • Why do the bottles sometimes look different?

    As a small, independent brand, we occasionally update our packaging due to sourcing availability. Any changes made are always in the interest of maintaining our quality and sustainability standards.

  • Is a patch skin test necessary?

    Yes, we strongly recommend performing a patch skin test before use. Our fragrances are extrait de parfum — highly concentrated formulations. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

  • Where are your products made?

    Every bottle is crafted in the United States using ethically sourced ingredients, ensuring the highest quality standards in every product we offer.

  • Why was my package shipped with a different carrier than my previous order?

    At Leelee's, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We select the shipping carrier based on the fastest available option at the time of fulfillment, which may vary between orders.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders are typically fulfilled within 24–72 business hours of purchase. Delivery timelines vary based on order volume. If there is huge orders this could push shipping window a few days. Please note that weekends and federal holidays are excluded from processing and transit times. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation to monitor your delivery.

  • What is "mail shock" and is it real?

    Yes, mail shock is a well-known phenomenon in the fragrance community. The transit process can temporarily alter a perfume's scent profile. We recommend allowing your fragrance to rest for a few days upon arrival before forming a final impression. Additionally, our perfumes undergo a maceration process that can take several weeks to a month to fully develop — though they are absolutely wearable in the meantime.
